Content structure
Table headers need to be identified for developers to add specific code. This code provides screen reader users with a better description of the table structure, allowing easier navigation between columns and rows without losing their position relative to the headers.
A table caption, if used, must not be located inside the first or last row to prevent blind users from perceiving it as cell content. Developers will use specific code for the table caption so blind users hear it as the table's title.
